Chairman, Cathy Wills, awarded prizes to each entry and we thank her and Lorraine Wallace for organizing the prestigious parade! We also recognize Dwayne who does a great job announcing each entrant. It is sometimes a tough job as most of the kids are in a big hurry. Thanks, Dwayne! (Oh, and consider yourself hired for the same position in 2009!)
